Leisure Leagues Pakistan conducted the National Championship 2019 in 77 cities of Pakistan as the final conclusion to the ongoing seasons, with the initial group stage being held in 19 cities of Pakistan across regions and provinces. Each city had a centre with a group stage and saw four teams competing initially, and later qualifying for a play-off round.

The National Championship group stage was held from 6th to 28th July, 2019 in Islamabad, Peshawar, Swabi, Mingora, Lahore, Multan, Quetta, Passu, Gilgit, Tando Jam and Sukkur, with the final round being held in Karachi with Gwadar, Lahore, Peshawar and Karachi qualifying.

Team Lahore (Bata FC) beat Karachi (Abdul FC) at the People’s Stadium, Lyari, with the semi-finals and final being telecasted live by PTV Sports across Pakistan. The finals were attended by Chief Guest Director General (DG) Pakistan Rangers Sindh Major General Omer Ahmed Bukhari alongside members of the Trunkwala family and World Group Global Patron-in-Chief Mian Mohammad Soomro.

The winners Lahore qualified for the 2019 ISF World Cup in Crete, Greece, set to be held in October.
